You input the final width you desire for a glued-up wood panel

These spreadsheets display the combinations of various widths of boards that will add up to the desired width.

One sheet presents all combinations. The other presents combinations that may be more useful.

This Python script will determine the surface of your polysurface with the largest surface area, rotate the whole object so that the largest surface is parallel to the ground plane, set the Z location to zero, and spreads the objects evenly.

Spread distance can be edited in the code.

Code is provided for utilization both by the "EditPythonScript" command and by adding to a button.

New Rhino buttons can be made using the "Toolbar" command.
